The SDS plus-9 rebar drill is specifically designed for cutting reinforcement bars in concrete. Its firmly attached hard steel teeth are uniquely shaped to maximize drilling speed and wear resistance. The steep 2+2 spiral design of the drill ensures optimal chip removal and a long lifespan. Additionally, this spiral design is also optimized for vibration to guarantee the best power transmission and speed. A ventilation hole in the drill dissipates heat and allows for the removal of metal shavings. Cutting reinforcement bars in concrete should not be done without the approval of a structural engineer.
