Up to four times better dust extraction than standard sandpaper. Dust can be everywhere and makes sanding unpleasant. It clogs the sandpaper, rendering it practically useless while permeating the room and the entire house. Dust is the biggest drawback of sanding. However, with the Particle Control System, this problem has largely been solved. Bosch Particle Control ensures that all dust particles are sucked into your vacuum or filter. The Bosch Expert M480 mesh sanding sheet is at the forefront of this system: particles move through the open mesh instead of clogging the surface or polluting the air. This ensures a high level of efficiency and a very long lifespan. Many experts find it hard to believe that we have eliminated the biggest problem in sanding. It wasn't easy, but we did it.
