The industrial safety door serves as a fall protection and delineation of work areas. The Axes Gate is made entirely from a specially developed plastic (HI-TEP). This 100% recyclable material plays a significant role in sustainability. Falling from heights is a real danger in industrial environments. The Double Axes Gate helps prevent this risk of accidents. It can be used, for example, to secure ladders and platforms or to delineate machine and maintenance areas.

With a passage width of 950 mm, the Double Axes Gate meets the safety guideline EN 14122-3, Chapter 8.2 (stability tests and TÜV certified) and EN 14122-3, Chapter 7.1.4 (handrail and knee rail). To comply with the requirements of ISO 14122-3 and OSHA 1910-1910.29, an overhang of 80 mm to the door opening and a railing height of 1100 mm from floor level must be maintained. Additionally, the Double Axes Gate, with a passage width of 820 mm, meets the safety standard B-92-1143 and NBN-ISO 7892:1992 (Large Soft Body Test) and is also TÜV certified. For this, an overlap of 125 mm to the door opening is provided, and an additional stop must be installed above the knee rail. Certificate available upon request.
