Bones Bearings Ceramic Super Reds

The story of the Ceramic Super REDS™ is simple. Take the high-quality steels used in our Super REDS™, replace the steel balls with hot isostatically pressed silicon nitride ceramic balls of grade 5, and you have the Bones Ceramic Super REDS™.

The Bones Ceramic Super REDS™ are lighter and provide faster acceleration, as the balls weigh significantly less. They generate less friction and are therefore faster than the Super REDS™, with or without lubricant. When dirt gets into your Ceramic Super REDS™, the ceramic balls help to polish and flatten the steel tracks, offering a self-healing advantage since ceramic balls are much harder than steel. Finally, ceramic balls do not rust, further extending their lifespan. The Ceramic Super REDS™ feature a bone-colored shield with laser-engraved outer rings for identification.
