HSS machine tap, straight flute, 4-flute entry for through holes or blind holes with a deep-drilled thread core hole in tolerance class 6H. High-strength, fully pass-through HeliCoil®plus thread inserts made of stainless steel with high wear resistance, low thread friction in tight tolerances, high surface quality, as well as corrosion and heat resistance. The flexible design allows for even load and stress distribution, creating durable screw connections of the highest quality for all operating loads (static, dynamic) with ideal power transmission. Simple, quick assembly results in a gauge-holding, double-sided usable internal thread.
