Blakläder Work jacket

The jacket is made from inherently flame-retardant fabric, meaning that the flame-retardant properties are naturally embedded in the fibers. It is resistant to water, oil, and dirt. This state-of-the-art jacket offers an exceptional strength-to-weight ratio and smart pocket solutions, such as chest pockets with concealed zippers. Pre-folded sleeves, a long back, and an adjustable hem ensure a good fit. The ripstop fabric provides top-notch durability.

The jacket is certified according to EN 1149-5, EN ISO 11611, EN 13034, EN ISO 20471, EN ISO 11612, IEC 61482-2. ATPV: 11 cal/cm². It has been tested to meet the requirements of EN ISO 15797 for industrial laundry and achieves Class 3 according to EN ISO 20471 when combined with trousers 1488, 1489, 1588, 1589, and the bib pants 2889.

The fabric consists of 44% modacrylic, 30% cotton, 20% flame-retardant polyamide, 5% aramid, and 1% antistatic material, with a weight of 260 g/m².

The jacket is oil, water, and dirt-repellent and metal-free.

Details of the jacket include shoulders in contrasting colors, a label for external certification, loops on both sides of the chest for placing a gas detector, oxygen monitor, or microphone, a high collar with a zipper, a concealed robust one-way plastic zipper, and a front closure with a concealed plastic clip button.

The pockets consist of a chest pocket with a D-ring, chest pockets with concealed zippers, a front pocket with a flap and snap button, and an inner pocket.

The jacket's hem features an extension at the lower back and an adjustable waistband with Velcro, as well as adjustable sleeve cuffs with snap buttons.

For visibility, there are reflective details on the shoulders and reflective, flame-retardant stripes that are sewn with double seams.
