The operation is simple: Place your dry pollen in the container and turn the screw downwards. Place the press with its contents in the oven at 30 degrees for 20 minutes. After that, screw the threaded rod all the way down. (Caution: Aluminum is not intended for excessive pressure. Therefore, do not twist too hard, or it may break.)

Now you can open the pollen press and remove the pressed contents. You can then place the pressed pollen in your grinder or store it in an empty can.
