Bingenheimer Saatgut Winter post

Winter-hardy salad vegetable. Used like lamb's lettuce, but with a finer taste. Can be harvested multiple times during the winter in protected cultivation. The seeds are very small, so care should be taken for even distribution when sowing. Requires nighttime temperatures below 12 °C for germination. Tip: If allowed to flower and seed from March onwards, it will germinate again in late summer, providing another abundant harvest.
