Bingenheimer Saatgut Kale larks' tongues

Medium-high variety with finely crinkled, narrow leaves and good frost hardiness. A northern German specialty with a fine, tangy flavor. Withstands frosts down to -8 °C. Under fleece or a layer of snow, it can endure even lower temperatures. Harvest begins after the first frost, as this is when the fine flavor develops. Tip: Mulch the beds, for example with autumn leaves, for better frost protection and moisture retention.
