Product details

For use in automotive, aerospace, hydraulic, as well as sanitary and heating applications. Suitable for processing cylinder bores before installing new piston rings. Features a self-centering internal brush with a filling of flexible silicon carbide balls. Ideal for deburring, surface finishing, and honing tasks. Produces uniformly honed surfaces with a high contact ratio. Honing does not increase the cylinder diameter; only the surface is restructured. The honing marks provide the necessary oil adhesion. Compatible with hand drills and stationary machines.

Filling length: 2 - 2.8 - 6 mm. Brush length: 63 mm.

The use of honing oil is recommended.
