Suitable for high demands in industrial applications. Existing mounting holes allow the foot switches to be screwed onto the substrate. Each foot switch is equipped with four rubber feet to prevent slipping. The foot lever is made of thermoplastic. An accident protection cover made of aluminum die-cast completely shields the pedal from above and the sides, providing high stability with its wide base. This prevents accidental activation from falling objects from above or carelessness from the side. Due to its stability, the cover can withstand a falling weight of 20 kg from a height of 1 meter.

Foot switch with safety latch and manual release:
Actuating the pedal to the pressure point: The working contact is closed, and the work process is initiated. In an emergency situation, pressing beyond the resistance of the pressure point: The working contact is interrupted and locked, halting the work process. Even if the pedal is not pressed, the lock remains in the off position during this phase. This effectively prevents uncontrolled restarting or a new start of moving machine parts.

Release: Only after eliminating the hazardous situation can a manual release (push button on the side of the housing) free the contacts again. The work process can be re-initiated by pressing the pedal to the pressure point. Foot switches with increased protection class are dust-tight and protected against permanent immersion.
