Designed for high demands in industrial applications. Existing mounting holes allow the foot switches to be screwed to the surface. Each foot switch is equipped with four rubber feet to prevent slipping. The foot lever is made of thermoplastic.

Foot Switch with Safety Latching and Manual Release:
Actuation of the pedal to the pressure point:
The working contact is closed, initiating the working process.
In an emergency situation, actuation beyond the resistance of the pressure point:
The working contact is interrupted and locked, halting the working process. Even if the pedal is not actuated, the lock remains in the off position during this phase. This effectively prevents uncontrolled restarting or a new start of moving machine parts.

Release:
Only after eliminating the hazardous situation does a manual release (push button on the side of the housing) free the contacts again. The working process can be reinitiated by pressing the pedal to the pressure point.
