The 4fold B.IQ touch sensor is polar white and matte. It features dismantling protection and an operational LED as well as eight status LEDs. Installation is done flush-mounted. The 4fold touch sensor is an instabus user module that is plugged onto a bus coupler. Dismantling protection is provided by screwing the touch sensor to the bus coupler. Data exchange between the touch sensor and the bus coupler occurs via the user interface (AST). Each button press on the touch sensor generates a telegram that is sent. The telegram format depends on the parameterized application. Depending on the selected application, switching, momentary, dimming, blind, or value telegrams can be sent.
