Belton Special

Decorative spray paint for a stylish, glossy effect. It provides smooth surfaces with a valuable, metallic chrome effect and is particularly suitable for indoor use. Please note that it is not abrasion-resistant and should not be coated with clear varnish.

The product benefits include valuable chrome silver effects, metallic shine, high opacity, and quick drying. It offers excellent flowability and easy application with a very high yield. Ideal for craft and decorative items such as lamps and vases.

The binder base consists of acrylic resins. For spray application, a coating of about 15-20 μm is recommended, with a spray distance of 15-25 cm. The drying times are as follows: dust dry after about 20 minutes, touch dry after about 60 minutes, and fully dry after about 24 hours. It can be overcoated with itself at any time.

For optimal color build-up, the following primers are recommended:

• Metal: Belton Primer Rust Protection, Belton Universal Primer, Belton Special Chrome Effect.
• Wood: Belton Wood Primer, Belton Special Chrome Effect.
• Plastic: Belton Plastic Primer, Belton Special Chrome Effect.
• Styrofoam: Belton Styrofoam Primer, Belton Special Chrome Effect.

Please remember not to overcoat with clear varnish, as this will lead to the loss of the special chrome effect. It is important to check the compatibility of plastic substrates. All other substrates such as stone, clay, ceramics, glass, rattan/wicker, and cardboard/paper must be primed with Belton Universal Primer. Ensure that the surface to be painted is clean, dry, and grease-free.
