Product details

Due to its high sulfur content (18% S), potassium sulfate granules are particularly suitable for plants with a high sulfur requirement, such as rapeseed, sunflowers, cabbage varieties, onions, and leeks. A good supply of sulfur improves the utilization of nitrogen in plants. Potassium sulfate granules help fruits and vegetables develop a more intense color. The content of flavor compounds, sugars, and acids is increased, enhancing the aroma. As a result, the fruits become more attractive to consumers.

In fruits and vegetables, potassium sulfate granules increase the firmness of plant tissues and improve storage and transportability.

Potassium sulfate granules are particularly successfully used in starch potato cultivation. The transport of assimilates from the leaves to the tubers can proceed uninterrupted, as potassium sulfate granules have a very low chloride content. This allows the yield potential of potatoes to be fully realized while maintaining high starch levels.
