Product details

Calcium carbonate from seaweed is a product derived from deposits of the red algae Lithothamnium Calcareum found in Brittany. The lime contains 81% CaCO3 and 13% MgCO3. By using seaweed lime, one can expect improved fertilizer effectiveness due to a continuous supply of trace elements. Additionally, it offers better nutrient storage capacity and stimulates soil life. Thanks to its mild liming effect, there is no risk of burning. The seaweed lime is in powder form and can be easily spread.

Application possible all year round! Application rates: Arable and vegetable crops When applying for the first time at the start of cultivation, apply at a rate of 400-600 kg/ha and work in shallowly. For maintenance liming, it is best to apply 150-300 kg/ha before sowing. Fruit and vine crops 300-500 kg/ha grassland For initial application, apply 400-600 kg/ha and work in shallowly. For subsequent maintenance liming 150-300 kg/ha compost improvement 12-15 kg/m³ compost scattered in layers. Plant strengthening 10 kg mixed into 10 litres of irrigation water.
