The EXPO-E chip container, equipped with a robust roll-off mechanism, has a very favorable center of gravity, making it safe and effective for everyday use. The container is ideal for collecting and separating liquids from solids. Emulsions and liquids can be separated and drained from solids using the 1'' drain valve. The oil and water-resistant container tray is fitted with a bolted mesh plate insert that protects the drain valve. Thanks to its low height and optimal tipping angle, complete emptying of the container is possible. The emptied container tray is secured again by placing it on the ground. To facilitate easy transport of the tipping container with a pallet truck, the sturdy base frame has been designed with special entry pockets. The operator can tip the goods transported in the container from any height directly from the forklift seat, thanks to the integrated rope pull. Additionally, a link chain serves as a safeguard against unintentional slipping or tipping.
