Material: high-performance steel alloy, ERGO handles with 2-component material, thermoplastic surface on hard polypropylene for optimum grip. Induction hardened cutting edges. High-performance cutting edge. Screw connection ensures excellent cutting performance and accuracy of fit of the cutting edges. Distance between joint and cutting edge is reduced for maximum cutting capacity with a small opening width of the handle.
