The Athmer Schall-Ex® GSA door seal is a high-quality door drop seal specifically designed for glass doors made of single-pane (ESG) and laminated safety glass (VSG) with a minimum glass thickness of 8 mm. This seal offers an impressive sound insulation value of up to 37 dB, making it ideal for applications where sound protection is important. Installation is straightforward with a special adhesive tape, eliminating the need for wet bonding. A unique feature of this seal is its parallel drop mechanism, which operates without an internal rail offset, simplifying installation and enhancing functionality. Additionally, the seal includes a clip-on glide trigger that does not require a pressure plate, further simplifying handling. The seal can be shortened by 125 mm for customized adjustments.
