A metal disc cut with laser technology and properly selected thickness ensures the rigidity of the cutting disc and eliminates tension even when working under heavy load and high temperatures. The special HM sintered carbide guarantees long life of the teeth and enables repeated sharpening. The properly selected geometry of the blade and the shape of the GS10 cutting plate (alternately chamfered) ensure optimum processing quality when cross-cutting wood. A larger number of teeth for a given diameter of the saw blade results in a smooth surface of the material to be cut, especially dry wood. Saws can also be used for cross-cutting, but it is recommended to use cut-off wheels with fewer teeth above a certain diameter of the saw, which significantly increases the cutting speed of the materials.
