Circular saw for cutting wood, 350 x 30 mm, 40 teeth, Widium 42354. The saw is made of thermally improved carbon steel 50# (metal disc) and tungsten carbide YG8 (cutting blade) with a blade hardness of 85 HRc (+/-2). It features GS blade geometry with a 10-degree angle. The metal disc is cut with laser technology, and its properly selected thickness ensures the rigidity of the cutting disc, eliminating tension even under heavy load and high temperatures. The special HM sintered carbide guarantees a long life for the teeth and enables repeated sharpening. The selected geometry of the blade and the shape of the GS10 cutting plate (alternately chamfered) ensure optimum processing quality when cross-cutting wood. A larger number of teeth for a given diameter of the saw blade results in a smooth surface of the material being cut, especially dry wood. While the saws can also be used for cross-cutting, it is recommended to use cut-off wheels with fewer teeth above a certain diameter, significantly increasing the cutting speed of the materials. This saw is intended for industrial use with all types of power tools, suitable for cutting soft and hard wood, other wood-based materials, fibreboard, and plasterboard. The maximum speed is 3200 rpm.

Note: To improve the cutting quality and extend the life of the cut-off wheel, it is recommended that the cut-off wheel protrudes 1/3 of its height above its thickness when cutting. The saws are not intended for cutting concrete, bricks, terracotta, ceramics, Plexiglas, other plastics, ferrous and non-ferrous metals, or wooden materials in combination with other materials.
