Natural anchoring stakes made of beech wood from Aquagart. The Aquagart wooden ground pegs are made from FSC-certified beech wood, making them environmentally friendly and economical. The wooden ground pegs decompose along with natural fiber mats such as our jute or coconut mats. Thus, they are completely biodegradable and a good alternative to conventional steel ground pegs.

The beech wood anchoring stakes are stable and robust. They are suitable for various soil types and securely hold slope or bank mats in place thanks to the cross dowel. This protects young plantings from erosion, stabilizes slopes, and eliminates the need for difficult removal later on.

Handling the wooden anchors is simple. They can be easily and conveniently driven into the ground. The crossbar provides a secure attachment for the Aquagart coconut and jute mats. This ensures comprehensive natural and sustainable erosion protection. Depending on the soil conditions, approximately 3-5 pieces per square meter of the 30 cm long stakes are used to secure the fabric mats.
