Amylo-X acts preventively against gray mold (Botrytis) on strawberries, eggplants, peppers, and tomatoes, as well as against downy mildew and Sclerotinia rot on lettuce.

The biological fungicide Amylo-X is based on natural microorganisms (Bacillus amyloliquefaciens sp. plantarum) that colonize the leaf surface and directly and indirectly displace harmful fungal spores.

It should be used preventively against fungal diseases. Botrytis is a common fungal disease in many crops, especially under humid weather conditions.

Amylo-X should be applied preventively or immediately upon the first signs of symptoms and repeated every 5–10 days depending on the level of infestation pressure.

2.5 g of powder should be dissolved in 1 liter of water by shaking the spray device well. The undersides and tops of the leaves, as well as new shoots, should be thoroughly wetted to the point of dripping. Treatments should preferably be carried out in the evening or under overcast skies.
