After turning on the machine, the imbalance inside the concrete vibrator may rotate very quickly without the entire head vibrating noticeably. This phenomenon is completely normal. Please gently tap the metal head of the vibrator sideways against the ground or the formwork to initiate vibration through the impulse.

After a work break, it will again rotate empty without vibrating. This phenomenon applies to all vibrators of this type. Simply tap the vibrator head against the formwork again to trigger vibration with a new starting impulse.

The 1300 W concrete vibrator has a total length of hose and metal rod of 2 m, a stirring shaft speed of 4800 RPM, a rod head diameter of 35 mm, and a rod core diameter of 10 mm. The concrete vibrating unit features a thick aluminum cast housing, special aluminum gears, a copper-coated shaft motor, heat dissipation windows on both sides, a Power Lock design, and a comfortable ergonomic handle. The rotation direction is clockwise.

The product can be used in house construction, bridge construction, road construction, foundations, Roman columns, artistic columns, concrete stairs, and all other concrete work where concrete needs to be compacted.

During assembly, remove (if present) the black plastic transport lock from the motor shaft and insert the hexagon drive fully into the designated socket on the vibrating hose. Then, screw the nut from the hose directly onto the thread of the motor until it is securely tightened. Be careful not to cross-thread the nut when placing it onto the thread of the drive motor!.
