The S-M3 helmet is designed for MX, Enduro, and off-road use, featuring innovations and technologies optimized for user-friendliness, comfort, and protection against impacts. The shell is made from a special, thermo-injected polymer with variable thicknesses that provide optimal impact protection while remaining lightweight. The innovative, patented Alpinestars coating with a low friction coefficient is applied inside the main EPS shell to reduce rotational acceleration forces during certain oblique impacts. This layer acts as a sliding layer, mimicking the spinal fluid and the brain's natural defense against angled impacts. The patented visor release system ensures controlled opening and reduces forces on the neck during an impact. Optimized ventilation and high heat exchange are achieved through 10 air intakes and 7 exhausts.
