With cross-grinding A-C short, right-hand cutting, this precision-ground twist drill features a cylindrical shank and is made in industrial quality for drilling alloyed and unalloyed steels, grey cast iron, malleable cast iron, copper alloy, nickel silver, graphite, and sintered iron. The wide flutes and reinforced core allow for a drilling depth almost corresponding to the length of the twist and facilitate good chip removal. The point angle is 118°, and the surface is blued from 1.0 mm, with all dimensions starting from 4.0 mm and featuring special grinding "AC." This industrial quality drill is suitable for NC machines, precise due to a modern grinding process, and breakage resistant due to CNC-controlled heat treatment.
