The lock body is made of solid brass, and the hardened shackle features a Nano Protect™ coating, making the lock very durable.

The locking mechanism engages automatically by pressing down the shackle. The precision pin cylinder can then only be opened with a key. An added benefit is the "Service" version of the 85: You can have the locking mechanism of your front door and shed customized by our specialist retailers, allowing you to use the same key for both.
