The Lukas turbo disc in a flat design offers exceptional machining performance through a novel, patented lamella shape and its arrangement. The innovative tool design utilizes more than 70% of the grinding material on the outer area of the backing disc and features up to six grinding layers stacked on top of each other.

Compared to conventional flap discs, this turbo disc is optimized for universal use, produces less noise and vibration, requires fewer working steps, and has a robust steel backing plate. It has been newly developed for the processing of steels and aluminum and is ideal for working on weld seams, deburring, derusting, finishing, and smoothing.

Recommended for use with powerful angle grinders.
