The selective main switches of the S750DR series are certified as voltage-independent selective main switches (SHU) according to DIN VDE 0641-21, designed for layman operation and intended for the highest overvoltage category. Their application range is diverse: as a disconnection device at the metering location according to the TAB of the network operators or VDE-AR-N 4101, as well as in all low-voltage main distributions for the protection of distribution circuits and as a disconnection device with disconnection function. Notably, the special selectivity features ensure high system availability. They are designed for mounting on a 35 mm DIN rail according to DIN EN 60715. Devices from the S 750DR family feature an integrated locking option that allows simultaneous locking of the 3 poles of a three-phase supply. The integrated locking slider locks in the ON or OFF position and can additionally be secured with a padlock, wire seal, or cable tie. The switching state can be monitored via a plug-in auxiliary switch.
