Product details

The high-performance circuit breakers of the S800S series protect cables and lines from overload and short circuits. They have a rated short-circuit breaking capacity of 50 kA at 240/415 V AC. Additionally, they can be used for voltages up to 400/690 V AC and for direct currents. With its thermal tripping mechanism, it provides effective protection against overload, just as its electromechanical tripping mechanism does against short circuits. The S800S complies with the IEC/EN 60947-2 standard and is suitable for industrial applications. Numerous approvals make it fit for global use, and the extensive range of accessories makes it even more convenient to use. Due to its very fast arc extinction, your installation is well protected with the S800S.
