The circuit breakers of the S 400 series protect cables and conductors against overload and short circuit in accordance with DIN VDE 0100-430 and DIN VDE 0100-530. They comply with the construction regulations DIN VDE 0641-11 or IEC/EN 60898-1, DIN VDE 0660-101 or IEC/EN 60947-2. Their patented terminal block ensures easy and safe connection and handling via a pressure plate. Conductor cross-sections up to 35 mm² can be directly connected to the device via the terminal block with insulation in protection class IP20. The connection is made directly via the plug socket system, and the external conductor connection can be freely chosen (L1, L2, or L3). The extensive range of accessories provides everything you need for your installation tasks. Numerous approvals make the S 400 suitable for worldwide use. Each device undergoes three intensive tests for quality and performance before delivery.
