The manually operated bypass switches from ABB are unique in their variety and flexibility. The series switches currents from 160 A to 800 A at voltages up to 690 V AC. Despite their high performance, the switches are very easy to operate and take up little space. The selectable installation position allows for high flexibility and efficiency in planning. The bypass switches have IEC approval. ABB also offers a wide range of accessories for this series, such as extension shafts, handles, and terminal covers. Thus, bypass switches can be used in the most demanding applications and are an ideal solution for load bypass. The equipment can be safely maintained while the load is supplied directly from the source. ABB's bypass switches meet the disconnection requirements without additional devices.
