The 4-pole AF16 contactors represent a compact series with AC/DC control and very wide coil voltage ranges. They switch power circuits with motors, lightly inductive, or non-inductive loads. Only 4 coils cover control voltages from 20 to 500 VDC and from 24 to 500 VAC. They feature integrated surge protection and do not require additional suppression components. All integrated or retrofittable normally open auxiliary contacts are designed as mirror contacts according to IEC60947-5-1 Annex L. Additional accessories such as timers, wiring aids, and interlocking components complement the range. Contactors with the coil code -11 are not suitable for connection to 24V DC PLC outputs.
