ABB Cable tie

The standard version of the Ty-Fast full plastic cable tie is made from halogen- and silicone-free polyamide 6.6. State-of-the-art robotic and raw material handling ensure product and material quality throughout the entire manufacturing process. The integrated cable tie nose combines a low insertion resistance with a high locking force. Additionally, the rounded, flat tie heads and the slightly angled tie end with gripping surface facilitate easy handling. Furthermore, the double serration at the end of the cable tie aids in gripping and tightening the tie, preventing the end of the cable tie from slipping out of the locking head. As a result, Ty-Fast cable ties can be processed quickly and securely, reducing user fatigue, lowering assembly costs, and thereby increasing productivity.
