Type D provides a short-circuit response at 10 to 13 times the rated current, making it ideal for circuits with higher inrush currents such as motor control and fluorescent lighting in industrial buildings, where faster types often cause inadvertent false tripping. DIN rail mounted in accordance with BS EN 60898. Operating temperature range: -25 °C to +55 °C. Standard width: 17.5 mm. Maximum operating voltage: 440 Vac, 60 Vdc.
