The 3M™ Peltor™ Optime™ III earmuffs have been specially developed for high noise levels and combine effective protection with maximum wearing comfort. The black capsules have an attenuation value of SNR = 34dB. The high safety of the Optime™ III is based on the innovative double shell technology, which minimizes the resonance inside the capsule and brings maximum attenuation of high frequencies. The advantage: conversations and warning signals can still be easily understood. An acoustic connection between the capsule interior and the space between the shells also achieves optimum attenuation of low frequencies. The soft, wide foam sealing rings ensure a perfect fit. The generous space under the capsules minimises heat build-up and perspiration and provides a comfortable wearing experience. The two-point suspension made of stainless steel ensures a constant low contact pressure even during continuous use.
