The 3M Fiber Disc SCOTCH-BRITE X3-WL is a highly advanced abrasive designed specifically for demanding applications in metalworking. With a diameter of 203 millimeters and a grit of S Fine, this rolled compact disc delivers excellent performance in deburring and rounding edges. The silicon carbide used ensures high aggressiveness and an extremely long service life, making it ideal for processing hard metals. This fiber disc is particularly effective for working on small, tough burrs and is excellent for applications such as machining turbine blades made from nickel alloys or orthopedic implants made from cobalt or chrome. The maximum speed of 4500 RPM allows for efficient processing, while the high hardness of the material ensures precise and consistent grinding performance.
