Pen torch not too bright where only has an on and off function

I am looking for a pen torch that is not too strong, has a long runtime and is LED. It should also not be shorter than 12cm and you should be able to operate it with a button at one end. All these options can be filtered in Digitec. However, you cannot filter the way the torch works, i.e. how it is switched on and off. It is especially important that it does not have a dimming function or one that is operated with the on/off button. I need it to do light graffiti for long exposure shots, so the light beam must not change when you press the button. Thanks in advance for suggestions and info.

    LED Lenser / focusable

Are there any other good focusable lamps besides LED Lensers? Olight and Fenix are also good, but the lumens there are sometimes not as "usable" as with LED Lenser.

    Please update filter

Hello dear Digitec/Galaxus team! Could you please convert the values for filtering the torches into continuous values instead of abusing categories? I would like to search for something with a range of 50-100m, for example, and not have to activate 200 different ranges between 50 and 100m individually... Thank you :)

Battery consumption of an LED lamp

Hello all, Well, I'm a nurse and of course I need some light on the night shift. My previous LED lamps were basically good. However, the battery consumption is enormous in my opinion, and the lamp also gets noticeably warm. Is this a sign of inferior quality? I don't have to illuminate a football pitch with a lamp, but it should be a bit bright. Ah yes, and the light cone should be adjustable, I don't want to make the room bright as day ;-) Any recommendations?

I recommend adding the new Maglite lamps to the range: They are much brighter AND much cheaper than Digitec's current Maglite and even more so than LED Lenser.

E.g. the Maglite ML300LX with 2 or 3 or the ML300L with 2 or 3 or 6 mono-D cells. They are much cheaper than LED Lenser and can also be focused:

    Fenix E41

I recommend Digitec to include the Fenix E41 torch in their range. It is still one of the best torches out there. Technical data: - Cree XM-L2 U2 LED - The torch can be operated with 4*AA alkaline batteries or 4*AA Ni-MH rechargeable batteries. - Constant regulation for constant brightness - 18900 cd - Range 275 m - 1,000 lumens - SMO reflector - Anti-reflective coated glass lens - HA III anodisation - Waterproof according to IPX-8 standard - 202 grams without batteries - 302 grams with batteries and 292 grams with batteries - 116 mm long, 40 mm body diameter and 44 mm head diameter - Holster The order of modes is: Low, Mid, High. No blinking. Using alkaline batteries gives the following values: Low - .....20 lumens for 95 hours Mid - ....140 lumens for 13:20 hours High -... 400 lumens for 4:15 hours Burst - 1000 lumens Burst mode can be accessed from any light level by pressing and holding for more than 1.2 seconds. After 2 minutes, the lamp flashes 3 times and switches back to High mode. When the burst mode is switched on, the E41 goes off briefly. When you release the switch, you are back in the last light level used. When the Fenix E41 is switched off, the last light level used is saved (mode memory). Conclusion A top-quality lamp with an uncomplicated power supply. Torch amateurs as well as flashies will appreciate this lamp in daily use. I find the simple operation particularly worth mentioning. One switch controls the 3 modes plus burst. Detailed test: http://www.taschenlampen-forum.de/threads...
