Habe kurz Gegoogelt und gefunden. „Transa“ kann da sicher such helfen.

Is the product still under warranty?
If not, I would ask the manufacturer directly.

I've contacted Primus support, they answered:
"Before buying a new one, I would recommend you to check so that the distance is correct between the piezo and the burner. The distance should be 4mm. If the distance is too big, there won't be a spark. If the distance is too small, the spark won't be powerful enough to ignite the gas."

After adjusting the distance between the igniter and the burner, the stove is working again.

I think this is the part that I'm looking for https://www.galaxus.ch/en/s3/product/primus-piezo-igniter-for-3501-camping-stoves-6795190. But it's out of stock. :-(
