Question about Tacx Flux 2 Smart T2980

Use this product via Apple TV with Zwift. All 3 products have received the latest update. Nevertheless, my avatar sprints well over 1000 watts in every race about 5 times without my intervention. In general, riding feels much more sluggish/less agile compared to the Tacx Genius, even when trainer mode is set to 100%. Maybe someone can confirm these impressions or even know possible solutions. I noticed that a simulation or demo device can be selected in the desktop app under "Devices". If this is "connected", the simulation sensors show any values, even if it is not being driven. Could it therefore be that the correct device is not connected? In my opinion, this is a plausible behaviour if the wrong device is connected.
