Two questions:
- for only 10 francs more, the "pro" model (Xiamo 2 Pro) promises *not surprisingly* better/faster performance. Why buy this model, then - because it's lighter and smaller?
- What noise do these devices make when in use? I tried a standup paddle compressor, but never used it because it was 15 minutes of loud noise (neighbours, holidaymakers...)!

I use the compressor (Pro) to inflate tyres on cars, bicycles etc. It is relatively loud. It is relatively loud. A bicycle tyre is inflated quickly and with a car I usually only increase the pressure by 0.1 to max. 0.5 bar, which is also very quick.
But it's probably not the right device for a SUP. A SUP is huge and would probably take ages to fill up.

hi , having never tried the first model , I couldn't tell you what the difference is basically , I've only used it so far for cycling and it works well . I will also try it to inflate my Padel . So hot I can tell you that the quality is good and the internal compressor is not so annoying . It's powerful and easy to use, it has a warning light and a big one that also works as a flashing light in case of need. The battery is large and recharges quickly. I hope I've been of some help. Hi

I don't know the cheaper model; we're on the side of the 2 Pro you mentioned. The name on the packaging is "XIAOMI Portable Electric Air Compressor 2 Pro". And yes, unfortunately it is really loud.
