Question about KingSmith WalkingPad R1 Pro

New WalkingPad for 1 week. Everything was fine at first. Now, for the last 2 days, I have been hearing a cracking noise with every step. Does anyone have any idea what the problem could be?
I have exactly the same problem after 4 weeks, it has become loud.
I suspect this is the thick foil under the belt, try adjusting the rear part of the device slightly downwards with the levelling feet so that this "foil" is stretched more tightly
