If it says that I am buying the product from a third-party provider with the company's address in Germany, will I have to pay customs duties? And what happens if the device is faulty, can I contact Thule directly or will this be dealt with by Galaxus or do I have to go to the third-party provider?

Hello, actually I can't say for sure, but if you buy it from Galaxus, you don't have to pay any extra money. Just about which is on the Galaxus page.
