Question about KingSmith WalkingPad A1 Pro

Hello. I've had the KingSmith WalkingPad A1 Pro for a few days now. And one thing is quite annoying. As soon as the exercise is interrupted (regardless of whether you dismount or pause through the app), the exercise is cancelled after a pause of 20 - 30 seconds and then you have to start again from 0. Is there a way to pause the device (e.g. WC pause) without it immediately cancelling the exercise?
