Question about Mobicool MCF40 CH version
Hello, may I replace the fan with a Termo controlled temperature sensor? Without voiding the warranty? The box is very loud and the fan always runs at full load from the start.

I just had the box in the bus for 2 weeks. With the temperature set to 7°, the fan rarely runs and is not annoying at all, even when sleeping.
I'm not an expert or a clerk at this company, but I don't think so. No 😅
Warranty expires of course but still recommended (if the noise bothers you, you have to send it back and order the much more expensive Dometic).
I modified mine with a Noctua NF-P12 redux-1700 PWM fan and am happy with it.

My box has never been loud, neither in the car nor in the tent. I operate it as a refrigerator at 7° C.
