Hello, Can the Thule Chariot Lite 1 be used with a normal 12 mm thru axle in the rear wheel hub?

Look up THULE CHARIOT STECKACHSE. The coupling supplied fits classic quick-releases, but can be adapted via its own thru axle, according to the net.
