The bike assembly should be in order. The supplier specifies: "Bike trailer kit and walking kit included".

In principle, yes, but it depends on the diameter of your bike's wheel hub. On my Cube Stereo Hybride 150 (larger diameter) I had to buy an adapter (approx. CHF 80.-) from Thule to be able to use the kit. But with standard hubs, no problem.
