Does it include all the necessary parts to connect it to the bike? Also, is there a need to buy like a sit for the little one or it's also included.

everything is included, you just need to make sure it fits the main bolt on your bike. My 6 and 3 y.o. still both sit still
yes it included all the necessary parts to install it to the bike. we bought an extra "seat" because we used it for our 5 months old baby already... without the extra seat she wouldnt be sitting tight enough. Now with 18 months she ist big enough that she doesnt need the extra seat anymore
