I have not had good experience with multivalve adapters. It is best to take the adapter for the Sclaverand valve (racing bike) and use a transition nipple for the car valve.

I have the pump with the EVA attachment, but next time I would opt for a different type of attachment because I always have a bit of trouble (especially with mountain bikes). But the pump itself is ingenious and perfect for racing bikes.
