Question about Sportana Eagle 3

I'm quite happy with this bike, I have a small problem with the speedo, the ODO function doesn't reset, you need to unplug a button to do this. I contacted GALAXUS and it seems that the exchange takes several weeks.
It is quite incomprehensible that I do not have any spare counters given the cost price of this device.

If you have plugged in the two connecting cables to the monitor and start pedaling, the display should start counting time, etc. If it doesn't, it could be faulty.
